Biography :

Hunter Scoggins was born and raised in Woodville, Texas where he grew up with a passion for the outdoors. While growing up in southeast Texas he was introduced to the outdoors at a very young age by his father. Hunter graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Management (whoop!). Hunter has spent time working on private hunting ranches in North East Texas, a corporate hunting lease based on the King Ranch and is currently a Wildlife Specialist on the Clear Fork Ranch in Shackelford County, Texas. Through his work on several ranches he gained a passion for land itself. This passion is what led him to become a Real Estate Agent.

Hunter specializes in Texas land, whether it be ranches, hunting land, recreational land, country homes, or lake homes. Hunter’s experiences living in East Texas and the “big country” of West Texas has given him the opportunity to become familiar with many counties throughout the state of Texas. Hunter obtained his license in 2020 and is excited to serve as your real estate professional today in any part of Texas.

Outside of Real Estate, Hunter is a passionate hunter and bird dog handler. Hunter has a vast knowledge of wildlife management including; whitetail deer, quail, turkey and waterfowl.  As an avid freshwater fisherman, Hunter enjoys launching his bass boat and “wetting a line” in his free time. Hunter is also knowledgeable in pond and fisheries management and would serve as a great asset to anyone looking to improve their recreational property and fishing game! Aside from the outdoors, Hunter enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Loren and their two kids, Hayes and Libby.
